Annual General Meeting 2022

The Annual General Meeting took place on Wednesday, 22 June 2022, as a virtual Annual General Meeting. The venue of the Annual General Meeting within the meaning of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG) was Westside Studios Frankfurt, Westerbachstraße 105, 65936 Frankfurt am Main. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the protection of the health of employees, shareholders, and service providers, the Company's Annual General Meeting took place entirely virtually and without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies (with the exception of the proxies appointed by the Company).
